The vacuum grippers were specially designed for the automatic pick and place system in the packaging, wood, plastics and metal industries.

Whatever the surface properties and porosity of the goods to be handled, they offer a consistently strong gripping force.

The intelligent vacuum technology creates a strong vacuum for handling the workpiece, but leaves suction holes that are not in use closed - which reduces the compressed air consumption and therefore the energy costs.
 

The durability of the vacuum mats is optimized as a result of the perfect match between the goods being handled and the valve system.

The perfect match between the valve system and the goods being handled significantly increases the durability of the vacuum mats.

Compact design that can be used quickly and flexibly

With their compact, integrated design, the area grippers can be connected easily to the robot or handling system, saving space and avoiding complex adjustment.
