The SAFE-LOCK mechanism with snap-on function ensures a reliable connection between robot and gripper, which can also withstand strong vibrations and rapid acceleration. Thanks to the visual locking indication, the operator can immediately tell if the quick-change system is securely closed and thus ready for operation. The pneumatic connectors are always correctly aligned, which adds an extra safety element to the process. Quick change-systems with SAFE-LOCK are made from high-strength, anodised aluminium alloy and are available in diameters of 50 mm, 90 mm and 150 mm.
