Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical industrial experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of EOAT / Components Design, Robotic Automated Cell Design, or related experiences
  • Experience in the plastics, packaging, robotics and metal press tending areas preferred
  • Engineering management experience preferred
  • Fluent written and verbal English skills, German skills are beneficial
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Highly self-motivated, structured and systematic work ethic and focused on detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment throughout multiple departments
  • Desire for continuous learning and self-development
