Oil-free vacuum pumps

Oil-free vacuum pumps are available from FIPA as oil-free and operating fluid-free rotary vane vacuum pumps which use the displacer principle for vacuum generation. This process involves a cylindrical rotor that rotates eccentrically in the circular pump cavity. The periodically enlarging and shrinking suction chamber sucks in air by way of the intake duct and subsequently ejects it into the environment through the outlet duct.

Dry-running vacuum pumps do not contaminate the vacuum with oil vapours and are, therefore, preferred in the pharmaceutical, semiconductor and food industries.


A simple design and high-quality materials make oil-free rotary vane vacuum pumps from FIPA extremely reliable and low-maintenance. This robust vacuum generator for handling suction-tight workpieces in the dry area boasts high efficiency. Suited for systems with frequent load changes and continuous operation, dry-running vacuum pumps achieve high vacuum levels of up to 88 % with large intake flows of up to 150 m3/h.


FIPA offers oil-free rotary vane vacuum pumps with single-phase and three-phase (three-phase AC) connection. Compact vacuum pumps can be mounted anywhere.
