Product features
FIPALIFT Basic, the versatile addition to the tube lifter range

The FIPALIFT Basic tube lifter, with a lifting force of up to 55 kg, is characterised by a particularly high degree of modularity at reduced investment costs.

Its special safety valve also allows deployment of mechanical load-slinging equipment so that it is also possible to lift loads that do not have a suitable surface for suction attachment, for example open storage boxes or beverage crates.

The wide range of options and accessories fitted in the factory allow us to configure the Basic versions of the tube lifter to suit every need:

  • Automatic switch-off of the vacuum supply if the tube lifter is inactive for an extended period. The time to switch-off of the vacuum supply is adjustable.
  • Partial or complete execution of the metal components in non-rusting stainless steel for use in food production or in corrosive environments
  • The FIPALIFT Basic tube lifter is also available as a version with an ejector for vacuum supply. This generates the vacuum from compressed air, using the Venturi principle
  • The Basic can also have an adapter for using the FIPA gripper construction kit to permit realisation of individual special solutions in the simplest of ways. Benefit from our competence in gripper construction and adapt the unit to your problem without extensive expenditure
  • A wide and comprehensive range of accessories, such as vacuum cross-beams and various different vacuum cups make the FIPALIFT Basic tube lifter a very flexible and adaptable unit, even in its standard version
