In addition to compensating for uneven product surfaces, an excellent adaptation to products with curvatures is also possible. Thanks to their flexible and particularly soft sealing lips, they maintain a stable vacuum and enable fully-automated processes with high cycle rates and constant performance – from small components in injection molding production to picking up large metal parts or oily sheets. The FIPA assortment ranges from universal bellows vacuum cups to temperature-resistant models and highly specialized series, such as vacuum cups for eggs or baked goods. Bellows vacuum cups made of low-marking Thermalon® or HNBR are suitable for demolding hot plastic parts from injection molding machines. FIPA bellows vacuum cups score here, for example, with their low-marking surface, which makes coating or painting your products a high-quality and error-free process. It also speaks to the quality of our bellows vacuum cups that they grip products with residue, such as oil, just as precisely and firmly as clean surfaces or products with abrasive properties. Series SBU: Universal bellows vacuum cups

Series SKT-B: Temperature-resistant bellows vacuum cups made of Thermalon®

With the aid of temperature-resistant bellows vacuum cups, robots are able to extract hot plastic parts from the injection mould. Since most of these parts are still painted or coated afterwards, only bellows vacuum cups that are low-marking, free of paint wetting impairment substances (PWIS) or mould release may be used. FIPA’s bellows vacuum cups made of Thermalon® (series SKT-B1 with 1.5 bellows, series SKT-B2 with 2.5 bellows) are heat-resistant up to 160° C. Series SP-BX: Bellows vacuum cups made from Varioflex®

Long life time and outstanding holding capacity – FIPA’s SP-BX series bellows vacuum cups made of oil- and ozone-resistant Varioflex® composite material consist of a dimensionally stable body (60° Shore) and soft sealing lip (30° Shore). The body prevents lateral buckling over a broad range of lateral force. The soft sealing lip ensures minimum leakage, even on uneven product surfaces. The outstanding recovery force of the body allows for the use of this bellows vacuum cup in systems with short cycle times. FIPA offers a Varioflex® bellows vacuum cups with 1.5 bellows (SP-BX1 series) and 2.5 bellows (SP-BX2 series) and diameters ranging from 15 to 75 mm. FIPA Varioflex® bellows vacuum cups with 1.5 bellows can also be used as vacuum cups for gripping dry sheet metal. Supports prevent deep drawing effects when working with thin-walled sheet metal. Series SBV: Bellows vacuum cups made of Vinyl

Whether flexible or curved products, FIPA bellows vacuum cups made of vinyl can grip flexible and curved goods with minimum leaking thanks to their soft vacuum cup material. Vinyl is an outstanding material with long service life, even when working with abrasive product surfaces. Series SP-B: Modular bellows vacuum cups

Series SBPL-E: Bellows vacuum suction plates

Regardless of weather the products being handled are glass plates or other heavy, but delicate products – FIPA SBPL-E series bellows suction plates employ strong suction power, a soft sealing lip and a bellow with slight spring effect to provide the optimal properties for gently handling such goods. Series SV-SB: Bellows vacuum cups with special connection for standard packaging machines

The packaging industry represents a special challenge for vacuum cups. FIPA bellows vacuum cups with special connection for common packaging machines enable incredibly smooth product handling. Series SL-B: Vacuum cups for baked goods

Bakery goods pose special challenges for vacuum cups. The surfaces of bread rolls, muffins, bread, pizza and similar products from the food industry are irregularly structured and uneven. FIPAs SL-B and SL-BD series vacuum cups for bakery goods have multiple bellows which enable smooth product handling and the required height compensation.
