System monitoring components – to keep the pressure on

A pressure or total vacuum loss in your automation applications can have far-reaching consequences. So that you do not come under pressure in all your processes, we at FIPA offer you various switches for controlling and monitoring the system parameters. In addition, we at FIPA have high-performance accessories to ensure the professional assembly of our components. Fast. Secure. Precise.
FIPA vacuum switches are available in electromechanical, pneumatic and electronic models with displays as well as analog and digital outputs. The electromechanical vacuum switch gives an electrical signal when reaching the set vacuum level. If no electrical control line is available in your process, pneumatic vacuum switches are the perfect alternative. If you rely on maximum flexibility in your automation process and also value high switching and accuracy, an electronic vacuum switch is the right choice. The idea that you can always fall back on a multitude of analog and digital outputs, depending on the design, with the values displayed, is standard for us. Our vacuum-/pressure switches are particularly suitable if you want to monitor vacuum and pressure equally. The product range includes models for hose and screw mounting. The switching point, hysteresis and switching output (NO/NC) can be programmed. For pressure monitoring in complex gripper systems, the classic pressure switch is a particularly good option. The ability to set the switching point and hysteresis flexibly and easily saves you a lot of time. And, of course, we also have a large number of vacuum meters in our assortment, with which you can always keep an eye on the vacuum level and operating pressure. The standardised construction makes FIPA vacuum meters usable in every process.
