FIPAs employer awards: An excellent place to work

Based on a survey of 2 million Yourfirm.de users in the period from 01/01/2015 to 30/11/2015 FIPA was awarded as "Top Employer in SMEs". Yourfirm.de is the expert portal for careers with SMEs.

FIPA has received both sought-after labels from Kununu.com. Kununu is the largest employer ratings platform in the German-speaking world. The quality labels confirm that FIPA values staff feedback and strives to create a respectful company environment based on the spirit of partnership.

FIPA also provides training. As a IHK Top Training Company we teach technical skills and support trainees in developing their social skills in an informal working environment.
