FIPA presents: Move heavy goods safely & conveniently

FIPALIFTpro enables effortless lifting, lowering and balancing of cartons, bags, canisters, buckets and boxes weighing up to 75 kg with one hand. The completely new operating handle design makes it easy to use the lifting device. Even difficult bag handling becomes effortless and safe thanks to its one-handed operation. Rounded edges reduce the risk of injury. The lifter’s integrated 90° angle joint and 360° rotation capacity allow flexible operation, while the balance function makes for safe and convenient handling. This locking function allows the FIPALIFTpro to be parked in the desired working position while, for example, the operator prepares a package for dispatch on the packing table.

They can then use FIPALIFTpro to place the package in the cart. The travel distance from the working position to the deposit position is shorter than with tube lifters without a balance function, as there is no more lowering or raising from the end position to the working position. An adjustment screw allows the volume flow to be adjusted to the type material to be handled. In the event of greater leakage due to porous materials or rough surfaces, operating personnel can conveniently use the adjustment screw to increase the cross section and thus set a higher volume flow. For air-tight materials, the screw can be used to reduce the cross section and make the system react faster.

For precise and convenient lifting of heavy loads up to 160 kg, the FIPALIFTmax is the right choice. Featuring very simple, intuitive two-handed operation via a rotary handle, it can be used to conveniently handle sheets, panels, barrels, large crates or bags. The load can be balanced at a defined height. Handle length can be tailored to precisely suit the respective application. Its very robust design enables use even in harsh environments.

On request, the FIPALIFTmax can be equipped with a Bowden cable at the factory to control an additional flap that separates the suction device from the volume flow, facilitating the deposition of porous components. The flap control, mounted on the release valve, is also available as a retrofit. A factory-fitted spring balancer that can also be supplied as a retrofit is recommended where long operating handles are required for applications involving sheet metal blanks and large panels. A short introduction to the system capacitates staff to operate the FIPALIFTmax. No special training is required.
